1974 Honda XL250 Fourstroke two and a half decades before the Yamaha YZ250F, and the MCN test on the XL250 said it was a good bike as long as you stay on the tarmac, go any where near the dirt and it is a disaster!! I took this stripped down version to many an eastern centre meeting final both fourstroke (unlimited) and 250cc. Keith
